Schoolay works with over 30+ schools in south india and operates across 5 retail POS across Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabric & Factory Sourcing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for sourcing fabrics and factories, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement meets the company’s standards. Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating suppliers, managing relationships, handling procurement logistics, and collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.

• Extremely pro active position as it will involve on time delivery, accurate planning and frequent travelling domestically to source the right partners and also get the best pricing.

• Small factory network in tirupur and ludhiana

• Work like owner as it involves high stakes of product rejection from clients if not given on time or given faulty.

Qualifications

• Worked in high pressure brands with tight sourcing timelines
• TNA management Expertise
• Quality Accumen
• Cost negotiation mandatory
• Existing Vendor Relationship in Tirupur, Ludhiana & Bangalore
• Small factory network as school uniforms do not fit the large factory programs
• Ability to be an individual contributor to begin with and ability to build a team within the first 12 months of QC's and Merchandisers.
