Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabric & Factory Sourcing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for sourcing fabrics and factories, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement meets the company’s standards. Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating suppliers, managing relationships, handling procurement logistics, and collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement of sourcing strategies. Extremely pro active position as it will involve on time delivery, accurate planning and frequent travelling domestically to source the right partners and also get the best pricing. Small factory network in tirupur and ludhiana Work like owner as it involves high stakes of product rejection from clients if not given on time or given faulty.
