Job Description

Business Process Services - Master Data Management
6 PM to 4 AM ISTResponsible for MDM master’s creation, modification, Updation, activation, de-activation, deletion requirements.MDM request from caller/requestorCreation/Amend in the tools (like SAP-Ariba MDM, Oracle12-MDM, Coupa-MDM etc.)Validating request fulfilment as per SOP guidelines and process the request.Communicating the with caller/requestor for missing information.Onboarding Customer, Supplier/Vendor based on onboarding forms.Follow-up with suppliers for filled W9-Form / Vendor profile form and validationVendor code creation, Updation and maintenanceUnderstanding of and practical experience in MDM tools like SAP-Ariba, Oracle, COUPA tools.Ability to take complex requirements and drive the MDM process.Experience in interacting with Vendors / Requestors / Customers.Able to deal with more than project at a time, can work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Knowledge of MDM masters
