Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive at our Hyderabad location. The F&B Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Key tasks include managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, monitoring inventory, and implementing marketing and promotional activities. The executive will also handle customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in inventory management and procurement
• Proficiency in handling customer feedback and resolving issues
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in a specialty cuisine restaurant is an advantage
