Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F & B Executive located in Hyderabad. The F & B Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, developing menu strategies, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory. They will also handle guest inquiries and feedback, implement health and safety regulations, and work to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management, including staff management and operational oversight
• Knowledge of menu development, inventory management, and supplier coordination
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and feedback
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
