• Ensure service readiness (tools, diagnostics & technical support)
• Drive training programs for overseas service engineers
• Coordinate spares supply, forecasting & logistics
• Track vehicle performance, warranty claims & service KPIs
• Ensure compliance with country-specific service norms
✅• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, service planning & spares
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Automobile
• MBA – International Business / Operations (preferred)
