Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Export Sales Marketing Manager/Senior Merchandiser. The responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, coordinating and communicating with international customers, overseeing export documentation and shipments, and monitoring production timelines and quality to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the company's portfolio in international markets. The individual will play a pivotal role in bridging customer requirements with production capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in export sales, international client handling, and market expansion strategies
• Knowledge of production coordination, quality monitoring, and export logistics
• Proficiency in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management
• Skills in market research, forecasting trends, and business development
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• Prior experience in the leather goods or fashion manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
