Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Marketing Manager located in Rajkot. The Export Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Daily tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing export documentation and compliance, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves analyzing market trends, participating in trade fairs, and developing promotional materials to target international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in export sales management, international trade, and market analysis
• Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development
• Proficiency in export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with ceramic and porcelain tiles industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
