Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer, located in Rajkot. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, providing information about products and services, and maintaining customer databases. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to generate leads and sales. The Telemarketer will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Sales experience with a focus on generating leads and closing deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot
