Export Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview: You will be a Export Sales & Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in export sales and marketing operations. Your main responsibilities will include managing sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, preparing export/import documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Proficiency in CRM systems and a solid understanding of export processes are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business opportunities across domestic and international markets through targeted sales strategies. - Identify and engage with potential clients to expand market presence and revenue streams. - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. - Track and manage sales order lifecycles from quotation to delivery and post-sales support. - Prepare, verify, and manage all pre- and post-export documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, BL, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations. - Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clearance agents to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders. - Prepare quotations, product catalogues, and technical documents for client review. - Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. - Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services across domestic and global markets. - Create and schedule content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in export-import operations, documentation, or logistics.
