Export Sales & Marketing Executive

As an Export Sales & Marketing Executive, your role will involve managing sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving new business opportunities through targeted sales strategies in domestic and international markets. - Identifying and engaging with potential clients to expand market presence and revenue streams. - Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. - Tracking and managing sales order lifecycles from quotation to delivery and post-sales support. - Preparing, verifying, and managing all pre- and post-export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations. - Liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clearance agents to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders. - Assisting in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services. - Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in export-import operations, documentation, or logistics. Key Skills: - Knowledge of EXIM documentation, customs procedures, and international trade compliance. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in MS Office. - Experience with ERP & CRM software.
