Job Summary :- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven export sales professional to lead and grow our international business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, strong knowledge of export sales and procedure with strong ability to develop and manage relationships with international clients. Role & responsibilities : Export Sales Strategy: Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across international markets. Market Development: Identify and analyze new international markets for utensils and hotelware products. Expand the customer base and build long-term business relationships. Client Management: Handle key international clients, agents, and distributors. Maintain effective communication and ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiations & Deals: Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contracts. Close deals and manage end-to-end export sales processes. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, R&D, etc.) to fulfill export orders and meet customer expectations. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, documentation requirements, and legal norms. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences. Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets. Travel as needed to support business development.
