Job Description

Export Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive export sales for
Automobile Spare Parts, Engineering Products, and Electromechanical Parts
.
Identify and develop new overseas customers and markets.
Generate qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve profitable growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data in CRM or internal systems.
Ensure compliance with
export documentation and regulatory requirements
.
Achieve assigned
sales targets
while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:
7–12 years in
Export Sales / International Business Development
within Automobile, Engineering, or Electromechanical product segments.
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in lead generation and global client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of
export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade compliance
.
