Export Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase international sales and expand the companys presence in global markets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, distribution channels, and potential markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies including pricing, promotions, and trade campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient order execution, shipment, and on-time delivery.
  • Provide product training and ongoing sales support to overseas partners and distributors.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sales performance, market developments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations, export documentation, and trade financing options.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the export sales team to achieve sales objectives and ensure professional growth.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential new product lines or emerging business opportunities.
