We are currently seeking proactive Export Sales Executives to spearhead the expansion of our rice exports to various international markets. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of enthusiasm, expertise, and a profound understanding of international trade. Key responsibilities of this role include: Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets for expansion and discover new business opportunities. Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients, introduce them to Grainville's diverse product range, and establish strong business relationships. Quotation Management: Utilize our advanced quotation system to provide accurate and prompt price details to potential clients. Relationship Management: Maintain continuous engagement with clients, focusing on both pre-sales and post-sales services. Order Processing: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise order processing and delivery. Feedback Collection: Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback and insights, using this data to enhance our offerings and strategies. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in international trade regulations, market trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in export sales or international trade, preferably within the rice or agricultural industry. Proficient communication skills, particularly in English, and strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market insights are essential. Additionally, a willingness to travel internationally based on business needs is expected.
