Export Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Export Sales Executive to expand our international market presence and grow our export business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling overseas client communication, preparing documentation, and closing export sales deals, particularly for chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities through market research, B2B platforms, and trade data.
• Handle inquiries from overseas clients, provide product details, quotations, and negotiate pricing.
• Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely export dispatches.
• Attend international trade exhibitions and represent the company (when applicable).
• Maintain regular communication with international clients and resolve their issues promptly.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for export business.
• Monitor export documentation compliance like LC, shipping documents, certificates of origin, etc.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations, export documentation norms, and INCOTERMS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1 years of experience in Export Sales (Chemical industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required).
• Strong understanding of international sales procedures and export documentation.
• Knowledge of international logistics and INCOTERMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office and B2B platforms.

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in chemical/pharma/raw material exports.
• Familiarity with DGFT, EXIM policy, and export benefits schemes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹17,500.00 per month
