About the Job:

The ideal candidate must have experience in international sales Coordination & documentation process whilst being the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules; provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with international sales teams to maximize performance.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales teams

Strong coordination skills.

Proficient in MS Excel namely, V - Lookup & Pivot table.

New item & New Customer Creation.

Hands-on experience in data entry & report generation.

Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4+ years' experience as a sales coordinator

Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills
