Job Description

As an Export Sales Coordinator for Invert Sugar Syrup, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and sell the company's products in international markets. This role will involve extensive travel to various countries to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and partners. Your deep understanding of global markets, excellent communication skills, and proven track record in export marketing will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Willing to approach different countries globally, including South America, European countries, Middle East countries, Southeast Asian countries, SAARC countries, African countries, and CIS countries. - Handle sales for a leading FMCG company dealing in Herbal Extract, Health Supplements, and Organic Products across all countries. - Manage international territories in the USA and Europe, focusing on business development and sales in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and Food Industries. - Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and consumer preferences. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop effective export strategies. - Develop and implement export strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. - Oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and certificates of origin. - Conduct international market research to determine product introduction strategies. - Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to export activities. - Generate reports, analyze export performance, sales data, and market feedback. - Manage MIS and presentation for marketing plans, budgets, and client reports for discussion with management. - Ensure end-to-end follow-up from RFQ to price negotiation to successful order completion. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Exporter India and India mart portal. - Ability to finalize terms of engagement with customers and provide commercial offers. - Familiarity with international market research to tailor products to meet customer requirements.
