Job Description

An Export Sales Executive drives international sales by developing export strategies, identifying foreign market opportunities, nurturing relationships with overseas clients, and ensuring compliance with export/import regulations. Key responsibilities include market research, contract negotiation, coordinating logistics, managing international client relations, and preparing sales reports. A bachelor's degree in international business or a related field, combined with prior international sales or marketing experience, is typically required.  Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Market Development: Develop and implement export sales strategies, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities in international markets.  Client Relations: Prospect for new clients abroad, build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, and foster long-term business connections.  Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate sales contracts with international clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company activities and products comply with complex international trade regulations and export/import policies.  Logistics & Operations: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of products to international customers.  Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on export sales activities, performance, and forecasts to management.  Market Monitoring: Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.  Key Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in international business, international relations, or a related field is often required.  Experience: Proven experience in international sales, international marketing, or a related field is generally necessary.  Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are crucial.  Knowledge: A thorough understanding of international trade regulations, export laws, and the competitive landscape of global markets is essential.  Export Executive Job Description - SuperworksNegotiate freight rates and taxes.
