Export Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Manage shipment schedules as per agreed buyer terms.
• Handle container bookings and coordinate with Shipping Lines & CHAs.
• Oversee daily cargo updates and end-to-end container movements.
• Resolve staff queries related to shipping lines and buyers.
• Manage APEDA-related work and payments.
• Follow up on payments from buyers and stakeholders.
• Provide management with updates on current, planned, and pending shipments.
• Execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:-

• Graduate in any discipline
• MS Office & Tally ERP mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in export operations
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant experience in the food commodities export industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, container management, and export regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
