Description
As an Export Operations Executive at Radiance Global Traders Private Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely coordination & processing of all export-related goods & documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and verify export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation. - Coordinate closely with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth and timely shipments. - Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure goods are supplied as per the required specifications and packing requirements. - Arrange proper logistics for timely goods movement to CFS. - Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements. - Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation to prevent delays in shipments. - Keep abreast of changes in export laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to documentation practices. - Maintain accurate records and files of all export documentation for audit purposes. - Provide support and guidance to other departments on export-related queries and documentation requirements. Qualifications: - Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) as an Export Operation Executive or similar role within the EXIM field. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - In-depth knowledge of export procedures, documentation requirements, and international trade regulations. - Experience in handling suppliers. - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues related to documentation. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
