Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls and Emails to prospective international clients.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the machine manufacturing sector through market research, networking and lead generation.

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business partners.

· Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and can effectively met.

· Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

· Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.

· Develop country-specific sales strategies and targets aligned with global business goals.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Focuses on generating new business opportunities across international markets.

· Oversee the introduction of products, including strategic planning, marketing initiatives and distribution execution.

· Provide support to international customers, including technical guidance, complaint resolution, and after-sales service.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· Results-oriented mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· International sales exposure
