Job Description

Sales strategy: Contributing to sales strategy, setting budgets and sales targets, and managing the sales team Develop & Implement Sales strategy to enhance market presence in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Bhutan, Fiji & Middle East. Identifying new markets, developing business accounts, and planning sales campaigns Partnership Development: Build relationships with distributors, retailers, & local stakeholders. Negotiate contracts & terms with international partners. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with logistics to ensure the timely export of products. Manage inventory levels & distribution network. Monitoring international shipments, tracking shipments, and confirming delivery Product Adaptation: Adapt products & packaging to meet local tastes and regulations. Collaborate with R&D for product modification if necessary. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and organizing licenses and other legal requirements. Customer relations: Maintaining customer relations and consulting with clients about insurance and taxes. Financial Monitoring the financial components of the process and looking for ways to reduce taxes and shipping rates. Administration: Managing administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents Key Skills Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret market data and trends. Cultural Awareness : Understanding of diverse cultures and consumer preferences. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written skills for collaboration and presentations. Negotiation Skills : Effective negotiation with partners and suppliers. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. Adaptability : Flexibility to navigate changing market conditions. Educational Background: - A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Tools and Technologies Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Additional certifications in export management or brand management can be beneficial. Role.
