Job Title: Export Manager – Spices Division

Location: Kollam, Kerala
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to handle overseas spice exports including pepper, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, turmeric, and other Indian spices.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying international buyers, managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and expanding business in GCC and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage export operations for spices to GCC, Europe, and other international markets.
• Identify and communicate with buyers, distributors, and importers abroad.
• Handle export documentation – invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, etc.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, APEDA, and international (GCC/EU) standards.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for smooth export logistics.
• Prepare export quotations, pricing strategies, and cost analysis.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and manage order processing and payment collection.
• Track international market trends and competitor activity in the spice sector.
• Attend trade fairs, export promotion councils, and networking events.

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate / MBA / Diploma in International Business or Commerce.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in export/import documentation or spice trading.
• Good knowledge of DGFT procedures, customs clearance, shipping & logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Good negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, based in Kollam, Kerala.
• Occasional travel may be required for buyer meetings and export coordination.

Salary & Benefits
