About the Role:

We are looking who can lead end-to-end export operations from India to the USA, UAE, and Europe, ensuring compliant, on-time, and cost-efficient shipments. Own documentation, customs clearance, freight negotiations, and cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full export cycle: order intake, shipment planning, documentation, dispatch, tracking, and POD closure.
• Prepare and validate documents: Shipping Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HS codes, Certificate of Origin/FTA, BL/AWB, insurance, and declarations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: INCOTERMS, HS classification, export incentives (RODTEP), GST LUT/Bond, AD Code registration, and audit readiness.
• Execute filings on ICEGATE and DGFT portals, including e-Sanchit uploads; complete EDPMS/BRC closure with banks.
• Advise on duties, tariffs, duty drawback, and landed cost across USA, UAE, and EU destinations.
• Coordinate with production, packaging for export readiness, labelling, and QC as per destination norms.
• Handle trade finance: LC/DA/DP terms, document scrutiny, discrepancy management, and bank submissions.
• Drive SOPs, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across lanes, vendors, and processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation and above; degrees in supply chain, international business, logistics, or related fields preferred.
• 6-7 years of hands-on experience managing exports from India to USA/UAE/EU lanes.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of freight (air/sea), INCOTERMS, customs, duties, and export documentation.
• Working knowledge of ICEGATE, DGFT portal, e-Sanchit, and EDI processes.
• Familiarity with GST for exports, RODTEP, COO/FTA, AD code, EDPMS, and BRC.
• Proficiency with ERP and Excel; comfort with shipping line and forwarder portals.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving, ownership mindset, and vendor management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the perfume/fragrance industry, including handling alcohol-based products and DG/IATA/IMDG requirements.
• Knowledge of EU/US labeling and product regulatory norms for fragrances and cosmetics.
