Role Summary

ExportImport Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage

    export and import sales

    channels for our products.
  • Handle

    export & import documentation

    , shipping instructions, customs clearance, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with

    freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), logistics partners

    , and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard overseas distributors, agents, and buyers.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing international clients.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with

    DGFT, customs policies, foreign trade regulations

    , and internal quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing with clients and suppliers.
  • Work closely with production, quality, finance, and logistics teams to synchronize order fulfillment and shipments.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, International Business, Biotechnology, or related field).
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in

    export–import operations / international sales

    —in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or related sectors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of

    export documentation, Incoterms, customs, regulatory compliance

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-growing, research-driven environment.
