Role Summary As an ExportImport Sales Executive at Sirtuins Life, you will be pivotal in expanding our global footprint. You will manage end-to-end export and import operations, nurture client relationships abroad, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless trade and delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage export and import sales channels for our products. Handle export & import documentation , shipping instructions, customs clearance, and compliance. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), logistics partners , and regulatory authorities. Identify, negotiate, and onboard overseas distributors, agents, and buyers. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing international clients. Monitor and ensure compliance with DGFT, customs policies, foreign trade regulations , and internal quality standards. Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management. Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing with clients and suppliers. Work closely with production, quality, finance, and logistics teams to synchronize order fulfillment and shipments. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors / Master’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, International Business, Biotechnology, or related field). 2–6 years of hands-on experience in export–import operations / international sales —in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or related sectors is a plus. Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, customs, regulatory compliance . Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, CRM software. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-growing, research-driven environment.
