Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to manage and oversee the export operations of the organization. The role involves coordinating with logistics, handling documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with clients and government bodies to facilitate smooth export transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end export process from order receipt to shipment and delivery.
Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export control requirements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and other service providers.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide updates on shipment status.
Collaborate with production, inventory, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor and report on export performance, logistics costs, and lead times.
Keep up to date with international trade developments, new regulations, and market trends.
Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
