Job Description

Role Overview

The Export Executive will be responsible for driving business development in international markets, managing export operations, and supporting the companys expansion strategy. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with global distributors, importers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    - Identify and develop new international markets for human hygiene products. - Generate leads, engage with distributors/importers, and convert opportunities into business. - Conduct competitor and market research to develop strategies for growth.
  • Export Operations:
    - Coordinate with logistics partners, CHA, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment execution. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and statutory requirements. - Prepare and review export documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, etc.
  • Relationship Management:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners. - Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding pricing, samples, shipments, and order status.
  • Internal Coordination:
    - Work closely with the production, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution. - Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for export business.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in export sales/business development, preferably in FMCG / hygiene / personal care products.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with export portals and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of international business growth.
