Export Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export control regulations.

Maintain regular communication with international customers for service support and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any stream, MBA preferred

1–3 years of proven experience in export operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, documentation, and trade regulations.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is a plus.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 per month

NOTE:

Local, married female candidates are preferred for this role, given the company's work culture and need for long-term stability.
