Export Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing promotional event calendars (exhibitions, seminars, workshops)
• Maintain exports documents & certifications
• Collate new distributor database and update progress
• Maintain a master list for all regions
• Actively involved in developing marketing and promotional collaterals
• Ensure distribution of marketing or business promotional collateral across sales team and ensure field staff is equip with Inventory & capture continuous feedback of customer on same .
• Execution and coordination internally and externally for any promotional branding activities/product developments/events
• Engage in comprehensive marketing plan for each products jointly with Managers
• Coordinate with vendors, support marketing activities & sales team.
• Consolidating business / process / Product usage data from all departments and region into one to provide full visibility of entire business operation with ability to drill down or drill through data to view data at a granular level.
• Coordinate with QA/RA (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs) for country-specific product registrations, certifications, and dossiers (e.g., CE, USFDA, ISO
• Prepare and maintain export documentation including invoices, packing lists, COO (Certificate of Origin), shipping bills, etc.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Idea of all countries and export-import.
• Perform any other work assigned by management from time to time

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA with International Business.
• Good oral and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of export import.
