Key Responsibilities: Export Documentation Preparation: Prepare and process export documents including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin, and Shipping Instructions . Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and INCOTERMS . Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document processing. Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates and document requirements. Handle any discrepancies in export documents and ensure resolution before dispatch. Regulatory Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure adherence to export control laws, customs regulations, and company policies . Maintain accurate records of export transactions for audits and compliance purposes. Assist in resolving any export-related documentation or compliance issues. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in export documentation or freight forwarding . Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with customs procedures, shipping terms (INCOTERMS), and trade compliance . Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and export management software. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
