Job Description: We are looking for a Documentation Executive for our Customs Broker (CHA) firm, who will be responsible for preparing and managing import/export documentation, uploading documents in the E-Sanchit portal, and coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, and clients to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.Also maintain records & routine office documents systematically. Responsibilities: Prepare checklists for Import & Export on company software. Upload required documents in E-Sanchit as per customs requirements. Liaison with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Clients to provide shipment status updates. Handle import/export documents such as Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc. Ensure compliance with customs, GST, and regulatory requirements. Maintain systematic records and assist with routine documentation tasks. Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams. Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate preferably withn a Diploma in Import Export Management. minimum 3 years of experience in a CHA / Customs Broker / Logistics, documentation role .
