Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities Document Preparation: Draft and review essential export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to international trade regulations and country-specific customs requirements. Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., shipping, sales) and external parties including freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipment documentation for audits and regulatory purposes. Issue Resolution: Address discrepancies or issues that arise with export documentation and support customs inspections. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about changes in export regulations to ensure the company's practices remain current and compliant. Essential Skills & Qualifications Attention to Detail: High precision is critical to avoid errors in critical shipping documents. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously under deadlines. Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping procedures, trade laws, and required documentation. Computer Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is often required. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Typical Daily Activities Verifying shipment data for accuracy. Coordinating with freight forwarders to confirm shipment details. Resolving documentation discrepancies. Processing and submitting documents for customs clearance. Tracking shipments and communicating status updates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
