Export Documentation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all documentation related to export shipments (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for smooth execution of shipments
• Communicate with CHA for shipment schedules and documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and keep relevant departments updated
• Maintain accurate records of all export documentation
• Support audits and provide required export documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in export documentation preferred
• Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping procedures, and export compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12th + Diploma, Graduate & Post graduate in any stream.
