Document Preparation: Create and manage all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other compliance-related paperwork. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Banking & Payments: Handle documentation related to banking instruments like Letters of Credit and facilitate communication with banks for payments and other financial transactions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international customs regulations and other relevant trade laws. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all export-related documents and client information. Communication: Act as a liaison between the company, clients, suppliers, shipping agents, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations. Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments and provide updates to clients regarding delivery schedules, potential delays, or early arrivals.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,400.00 per month
