To assist the export team in handling leads and inquiries received through data sources, market research, and social media platforms.
To screen and identify the prospects from the querries received
To identify and generate lead with the help of data provided and various other social media network
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, chemical export regulations, and documentation requirements
To attend customer querry - digitally and telephonically
Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion into confirmed sales
Coordinate with different departmets to support timely order execution
Maintain regular communication with international clients for updates, queries, and support
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
