Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5–6 years of expertise in

xport documentation

and

purchase coordination

. The role involves managing export-related paperwork, handling purchase enquiries with local manufacturers/suppliers, and ensuring smooth order execution as per foreign buyer requirements. The candidate should possess strong

negotiation skills, communication ability, and proficiency in computer applications

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage all export documentation.
  • Handle purchase enquiries and coordinate with local suppliers/manufacturers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and timelines effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and export regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Degree with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
