Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Expert Mechanical CAD Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The job responsibilities include working on mechanical design projects, developing physical layouts, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools efficiently. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precision in mechanical engineering applications and contribute to design optimization. Supporting Electronic Design Automation (EDA) processes and integrating tools like Cadence will also form part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications
• Familiarity with Cadence or similar engineering software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within relevant industries is advantageous

Experience:

• Should have experience to design Automotive system, Machinery, Equipments, Material Handling System, Industrial Design, Off-highway equipment and vehicles, Transportation design, plant design, factory automation etc.
