BRIEF OVERVIEW

The candidate should possess the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and transform them into compelling experiential concepts. They should be skilled at translating these ideas into visually engaging and strategically sound presentations that are confident and impactful. The presentations should align with the brand’s vision and objectives, and the candidate should be able to present them to clients in a clear, persuasive, and engaging manner.

KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

1. Client & Brand Understanding

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand goals, audiences, and experiential marketing objectives
• Leverage brand identity and narrative to craft memorable on-ground and phygital experiences
• Analyze and incorporate audience behavior and engagement trends in experiential settings

2. Ideation & Conceptualization

• Develop innovative, immersive strategies for events, activations, exhibitions, and large format IPs
• Align creative ideas with brand and marketing goals
• Stay updated on experiential trends, tech, and new audience engagement formats
• Lead and support new business pitches with compelling ideas and concepts

3. Planning & Collaboration

• Create detailed briefs for creative and imple teams
• Collaborate across functions to bring ideas to life
• Oversee execution to ensure seamless, high-impact experiences

4. Execution & Delivery

• Track pitch performance and apply insights to improve future efforts
• Present ideas and post-event reports clearly to clients and stakeholders
  

Must-Have Skills

• 5–6 years in experiential marketing, concept development, or experience planning
• Strategic thinker with strong creative instinct
• Proficient in ideation, making presentations, storytelling, and presenting to clients
• Trend-aware with a pulse on new tech and consumer behavior
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Adaptive and committed to continuous learning
