JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate should possess the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and transform them into compelling experiential concepts. They should be skilled at translating these ideas into visually engaging and strategically sound presentations, and confidently present them to clients in a clear, persuasive, and impactful manner that aligns with the brand's vision and objectives. KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE 1. Understanding the Client and the Brand Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deeply understand business goals, target audiences, and experiential marketing objectives. Gain a comprehensive understanding of brand identity and narrative, and how these can be leveraged in live events and activations to create memorable experiences. Analyze target audience behavior and trends, focusing on engagement in experiential settings (on-ground + digital led on-ground experiences) 2. Ideation and Conceptualization Curate out of the box - immersive and interactive experiential marketing strategies across events, exhibitions, activations, and promotions. Develop ideas and creative concepts that align with the client’s brand and marketing objectives. Stay current with trends in experiential marketing, audience engagement, and latest event technology Actively participate / lead new business pitches, showcasing expertise in experiential marketing and event activations. 3. Planning and Collaboration Craft clear and detailed briefs for creative and production teams, ensuring alignment with the overall experiential strategy. Work closely with creative, servicing and production teams to bring concepts to life and ensure seamless execution. Oversee the execution of events and activations, ensuring high-impact, immersive experiences for the target audience. 4. Execution and Delivery Implement methods to measure and analyze pitch effectiveness, using insights to optimize future efforts. We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Design Specialist to become a part of our creative team, specializing in curating OOH & BTL brand showcase and experiences. Your passion for creating compelling visual stories across physical spaces will be invaluable in ensuring that all communication pieces are impactful, on-brand, and ready for production. Your role will involve ideating and executing designs primarily for OOH, with a secondary focus on Experiential advertising. You will play a crucial part in visually and spatially bringing brand experiences to life. Key Requirements of the Role Brand Understanding & Communication Design - Translate brand strategy into visually engaging designs suitable for large-scale static and semi-permanent formats such as billboards, hoardings, kiosks, and transit media. - Adapt design language to match different brand tonalities and various OOH media and non-media formats. - Transform marketing briefs into captivating visual narratives that capture attention and enhance recall in high-footfall areas, high-traffic locations, and regional contexts. Design Execution & Technical Expertise - Develop 2D artwork for billboards, banners, pole kiosks, facade wraps, shop signage, transit media, and retail branding. - Create designs for event backdrops, standees, venue branding, and POS collaterals based on campaign objectives. - Provide print-ready files for large-format and outdoor printing, ensuring a solid grasp of layout, typography, resolution, bleed specs, and color profiles like CMYK and Pantone. - Design with precision for different scales, ranging from micro formats to macro environments, to ensure clarity and visual balance. Collaboration & Production Readiness - Work closely with planning, servicing, and production teams to ensure that design output meets expected quality standards, timelines, budgets, and media plans. - Translate site measurements, mock-ups, elevations, and real-world placements into design decisions effectively. - Engage in vendor interactions, prototyping, and on-ground production checks as necessary to ensure that design intent is faithfully executed. Must-Have Skills - Essential prior experience in designing for OOH campaigns. - Strong visual acumen and the ability to work across various formats including print, large format, and spatial layouts. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus. - Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout balance, color theory, and brand consistency. - A keen interest in OOH trends, formats, materials, and innovations.
