JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate should possess the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and transform them into compelling experiential concepts. They should be skilled at translating these ideas into visually engaging and strategically sound presentations, and confidently present them to clients in a clear, persuasive, and impactful manner that aligns with the brand's vision and objectives. KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE 1. Understanding the Client and the Brand Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deeply understand business goals, target audiences, and experiential marketing objectives. Gain a comprehensive understanding of brand identity and narrative, and how these can be leveraged in live events and activations to create memorable experiences. Analyze target audience behavior and trends, focusing on engagement in experiential settings (on-ground + digital led on-ground experiences) 2. Ideation and Conceptualization Curate out of the box - immersive and interactive experiential marketing strategies across events, exhibitions, activations, and promotions. Develop ideas and creative concepts that align with the client’s brand and marketing objectives. Stay current with trends in experiential marketing, audience engagement, and latest event technology Actively participate / lead new business pitches, showcasing expertise in experiential marketing and event activations. 3. Planning and Collaboration Craft clear and detailed briefs for creative and production teams, ensuring alignment with the overall experiential strategy. Work closely with creative, servicing and production teams to bring concepts to life and ensure seamless execution. Oversee the execution of events and activations, ensuring high-impact, immersive experiences for the target audience. 4. Execution and Delivery Implement methods to measure and analyze pitch effectiveness, using insights to optimize future efforts.
