Job Description

As a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Design Specialist, your role in our creative team will involve curating OOH & BTL brand showcase and experiences. Your passion for creating compelling visual stories across physical spaces will be invaluable in ensuring impactful and on-brand communication pieces that are ready for production. Key Responsibilities: - Translate brand strategy into visually engaging designs suitable for large-scale static and semi-permanent formats such as billboards, hoardings, kiosks, and transit media. - Adapt design language to match different brand tonalities and various OOH media and non-media formats. - Transform marketing briefs into captivating visual narratives that capture attention and enhance recall in high-footfall areas, high-traffic locations, and regional contexts. - Develop 2D artwork for billboards, banners, pole kiosks, facade wraps, shop signage, transit media, and retail branding. - Create designs for event backdrops, standees, venue branding, and POS collaterals based on campaign objectives. - Provide print-ready files for large-format and outdoor printing, ensuring a solid grasp of layout, typography, resolution, bleed specs, and color profiles like CMYK and Pantone. - Design with precision for different scales, ranging from micro formats to macro environments, to ensure clarity and visual balance. - Work closely with planning, servicing, and production teams to ensure that design output meets expected quality standards, timelines, budgets, and media plans. - Translate site measurements, mock-ups, elevations, and real-world placements into design decisions effectively. - Engage in vendor interactions, prototyping, and on-ground production checks as necessary to ensure that design intent is faithfully executed. Qualifications Required: - Essential prior experience in designing for OOH campaigns. - Strong visual acumen and the ability to work across various formats including print, large format, and spatial layouts. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus. - Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout balance, color theory, and brand consistency. - A keen interest in OOH trends, formats, materials, and innovations. If you have more than 5 years of experience in designing OOH campaigns, ideally covering a mix of traditional and innovative approaches across OOH media, along with a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, and a portfolio showcasing impactful 2D design work in OOH and Experiential / Retail advertising, we would be excited to review your work.,
