Role Overview:

Female Visa Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Client Counselling & Conversion

  • Conduct in-person, telephonic, and online counselling sessions for prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs, eligibility, and preferences, and recommend suitable immigration or study/work options.
  • Present country-specific visa programs, benefits, requirements, timelines, and costs with clarity and accuracy.
  • Build trust with clients through transparent, knowledgeable, and ethical counselling.
  • Convert leads into confirmed clients through effective sales and relationship-building skills.

Visa Process Management

  • Handle end-to-end visa application process for

    study, tourist, visitor, and work permit visas

    for countries including Canada, Australia, UK, USA, New Zealand, and European destinations.
  • Advise clients on documentation, eligibility criteria, timelines, and interview preparation.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, universities, and other relevant authorities.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policy changes, and country-specific requirements.

Sales & Business Development

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for visa conversions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as PR processing, post-landing services, and language coaching.

Database & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Track case progress, deadlines, and application status for each client.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 24 years in visa counselling, immigration consulting, or overseas education advisory.
  • Education:

    Graduate degree preferred; certifications in immigration consultancy or counselling are an advantage.
  • Knowledge:

    Comprehensive understanding of immigration industry, visa categories, and global migration trends.
  • Skills:

    • Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (additional languages an asset).
    • Proven track record in sales and lead conversion.
    • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Personality:

    Presentable, confident, empathetic, and client-focused.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead-to-client conversion rate.
  • Number of visas successfully processed and approved.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • Timely completion of cases without errors or rejections due to negligence.
