Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will drive sales growth through strategic planning, negotiations, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with the company’s goals and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business development plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the BIM industry is a plus
