Job Description

Are you a proactive go-getter with a proven track record in business development for (preferably) digital marketing services? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and closing deals with business owners? Join the team at Rank One Leads and take your career to the next level!


What You’ll Do:

  • Pursue quality leads with targeted reachouts—via tele-calling, LinkedIn, bulk email, and in-person appointments.
  • Conduct structured sales meetings and detailed needs analyses to truly understand client goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle: manage your pipeline, follow up rigorously, create persuasive proposals, and close deals.
  • Handle objections with confidence, aiming to resolve client concerns the same day.
  • Keep our CRM updated and consistently use Google Sheets, slide decks, or dashboards to report activity and progress.
  • Personalize your outreach—whether it’s a connection request or a DM, always tailor it to the prospect.
  • Execute a set post-event follow-up routine: Day 1—connect on LinkedIn, Day 2—send a personalized message, Day 4—make the pitch.


Who You Are:

  • Not a fresher.

     You have solid experience in B2B business development, especially in digital marketing or related services.
  • A driven self-starter with a successful sales history and clear results.
  • Excellent at communicating value and building trust with business owners.
  • Strong at multitasking, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and always aiming for and achieving targets.
  • Someone with GREAT English speaking skills and a clean accent – as we have clients from all over.
