About the Role This is a Founder’s Office role — ideal for someone who wants to do more than execute tasks. You’ll be leading website projects from scratch, managing both design and development, and collaborating with the SEO, content, and marketing teams. 👉 You must be an expert in WordPress and also able to code both frontend and backend , including custom development in HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, React.js & Node.js . 👉 If you love solving problems, designing sleek UIs, and working independently — this is for you. What You’ll Do Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress (Elementor, Divi, custom themes) Build custom sections or entire sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Use React.js or Node.js for advanced sections or integrations when needed Take full ownership of frontend + backend development Design banners/graphics via Canva or similar tools Fix bugs, optimize speed, handle theme/plugin conflicts Ensure sites are SEO-ready, fast-loading, and responsive Manage GMB setups and basic technical SEO tasks Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for full-stack delivery Must-Have Skills WordPress expertise – Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, plugin/theme management Strong command of HTML, CSS, JS, PHP Experience and proficiency in React.js or Node.js Solid visual design sense — layout, structure, responsiveness, typography Ability to debug technical issues and optimize performance Basic graphic design using Canva Independent, proactive, and ownership-driven attitude Bonus Skills Schema, Core Web Vitals, or hosting-level optimizations Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Search Console WooCommerce setup and styling Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members Portfolio/live project links to showcase your real work Why Join Us?
