Role Overview

Experience Curator (Events)

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize unique, immersive, and brand-aligned experiences for clients.
• Conduct trend research across industries, culture, travel, technology, and lifestyle to identify fresh inspiration.
• Translate ideas into structured narratives, storyboards, and presentation decks.
• Develop detailed journey maps and thematic frameworks for the operations and design teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and elevate creative concepts while maintaining their integrity.
• Act as a think tank within the organization constantly generating innovative ideas that push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in

  experience design, creative strategy, event conceptualization

  , or related fields.
• Strong storytelling, visualization, and narrative-building skills.
• Proficiency in creative tools like

  Canva,

  PowerPoint

  , Keynote, and Miro.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to research trends and audience behaviors.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative curiosity.
