We are seeking an energetic and responsible Expansion Manager who will take complete ownership of identifying, evaluating, and finalizing new store locations. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from market research, site selection, negotiation, documentation, and ensuring the smooth opening of new outlets.
Conduct detailed market research and field surveys to identify potential store locations.
Analyze catchment areas, footfall, competition, and rental feasibility.
Negotiate with landlords/agents to finalize commercial terms.
Coordinate with legal and admin teams for documentation and compliance.
Oversee store setup, including interiors, branding, utilities, and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely store launch as per company standards.
Prepare periodic reports on expansion activities and provide recommendations to management.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and local authorities.
Graduate preferred.
5-10 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Good understanding of retail markets and commercial properties.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Self-driven and capable of handling end-to-end store development independently.
