Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries. - Oversee and monitor the customs clearance process for both imports and exports, handling documentation for various trade-related schemes like EPCG, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, among others. - Maintain detailed and well-organized records for audits and internal reviews. - Liaise with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations and resolve any issues that may arise. - Track shipments, address queries, and proactively manage and resolve logistical delays. - Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies and creating basic promotional materials using tools like Canva.
